Over the years, United Hope International witnessed an incredible increase in the
number of children seeking help, children longing for education, stability, and a
chance at a better life. Many of them came from families struggling to meet even the
most basic needs, and it became clear that more had to be done than simply providing
sponsorships.
Out of this growing need, Transtar Comprehensive Academy was born.
The vision was to create a place where children could not only
receive a quality education but also grow in confidence, faith, and
character.
The school was officially registered in 2016 as an affiliate of United
Hope International, with the purpose of offering both academic excellence
and opportunities for talent development.
Since then, Transtar has become more than just a school, it is a safe haven
for children to dream, to learn, and to discover who they are in an
environment of love, faith, and encouragement. It stands as a living
testimony to what compassion and commitment can achieve when guided by God’s
purpose.

Transtar Comprehensive Academy celebrated its 10th Graduation Ceremony
on 23rd October 2025. The event marked a joyful milestone as our Pre-Primary Two learners
successfully graduated and now
advance to Grade One.
The day was filled with color, excitement, and pride as parents, teachers, and guests
gathered to celebrate
the growth and achievements of our young learners. Through songs, poems, and presentations,
the
children showcased the skills and confidence they have gained during their early years of
learning.
This graduation not only celebrated academic progress but also symbolized the beginning of a
new
journey of discovery and learning. United Hope International and Transtar Comprehensive
Academy remain
committed to nurturing well-rounded learners prepared to thrive in every stage of their
education.
To continue supporting our learners as they advance in their education, Transtar Comprehensive Academy has embarked on a new project to construct a Grade 9 classroom. This initiative will allow us to accommodate our current Grade 8 students as they transition to Junior Secondary in 2026. The project marks an exciting step forward in our mission to provide a complete, nurturing learning environment right here at Transtar.
